Ordering, Delivery & Returns


Please note we are an online order company only, unfortunately, we cannot take orders over the telephone. 

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12.00 noon will normally be dispatched that day and delivered the next working day.

Orders placed after 12.00noon Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched Monday.

Deliveries to Scottish Highlands can take 3-5 working days from dispatch

If you have not received your order within 7 working days please contact us by telephone or email.

PLEASE NOTE – Our carrier delivers Monday to Friday, we can not arrange for deliveries at the weekend or specify a time for your delivery. All orders require a signature on delivery if you are unlikely to be in to take delivery you can supply us with clear instructions on where to leave your parcel.
We can not take responsibility for parcels left without a signature at your instruction.

When signing for parcels from the carrier the signature slip will state how many parcels are in your consignment. Can you please ensure you add a comment on the slip along with your signature if all parcels aren’t delivered.
For example, the slip states the number of parcels in your consignment is 2 but only 1 is delivered please add  – only 1 of 2 parcels delivered.

Delivery charges

  • FREE delivery on orders £20.00 and over to mainland England, Wales & the Scottish Lowlands.
  • £3.95 delivery charge on all orders under £20.00 to mainland England, Wales & the Scottish Lowlands.

Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland exceptions – Due to higher carrier charges for deliveries to these areas we have to charge £6.95  for these postcodes:-
AB36-38, AB55-56,FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV36, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, BT.

Unfortunately due to high carriage charges to offshore islands we are unable to deliver to the following areas – Scottish islands ( HS1 – 9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3) Isles of Scilly (TR21- TR25), Isle of man ( IM), and Channel islands (JE & GY)

Returns Policy

Defective Items

You can always return items that are defective, Please note: we only accept returns items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see below for details of how to return defective items to us.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective we will be happy to replace the item or refund the full cost on return of the goods which we will arrange collection of via our carrier.

Returning of unwanted goods.

Refunds for unwanted goods may be subject to a 20% handling fee at our discretion but all carriage costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
If you wish to return an item please contact us to discuss further.
All goods should be packed in their original packing and wrapped securely.
All carriage costs of the goods being collected will be charged to the customer even if we are delivering another order to you. This is because we will be charged by our carrier for all deliveries and collections.
This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Order cancellation.

Cancellation of an order once placed may be subject to an administration fee at our discretion.
