High energy mealworm & Fruit mix contains a blend of raisins & sultanas, together with sunflower hearts, peanut granules, Naked oats, oatmeal and dried mealworms making it a popular high energy food for an array of different garden birds. This mix contains something to appeal to many different birds; Goldfinches, Greenfinches,Robins, Blue Tits, Great Tit, Coal Tit, Chaffinch, Bullfinch, Blackbirds, Thrushes, Sparrows & Starlings 

This mix should be fed from the ground, a ground feeder tray, or bird table and is not suitable to be fed from a feeder as the fruit will block the seed ports
