FREE delivery on orders £20.00 and over to mainland England, Wales & the Scottish Lowlands.

£3.95 delivery charge on all orders under £20.00 to mainland England, Wales & the Scottish Lowlands.

Delivery Schedule

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12.00 noon will normally be dispatched that day and delivered the next working day.

Orders placed after 12.00noon Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched Monday.

Deliveries to Scottish highlands & offshore Islands will take 3 - 5 from dispatch.

If you have not received your order within 5 working days please contact us by telephone or e mail.

PLEASE NOTE - Our carrier will delivers Monday to Friday, we can not arrange for deliveries at the weekend. We can not specify a time for your delivery.

PLEASE NOTE - All orders require a signature on delivery, if you are unlikely to be in to take delivery you can supply us with clear instructions on where to leave your parcel. We can not take responsibility for parcels left without a signature at your instruction.

Please note - 25kg bags will be despatched in 2 x 12.5kg bags; 50kg orders will be despatched in 4 x 12.5kg bags - for ease of lifting and storage

Returns Policy

Defective Items
You can always return items that are defective, Please note: we only accept returns items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see below for details of how to return defective items to us.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective we will be happy to replace the item or refund the full cost and also refund your costs in returning it to us.

Returning of unwanted goods
Refunds for unwanted goods can be subject to a 20% handling fee and all delivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility

If you wish to return an item please wrap the package securely, advise us by e mail, then send it to the address below enclosing a note containing your contact details and the reason for the return. In the case of a defective product please also provide a full description of the fault.

This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
