Jeff wrote - Fed up with paying a fortune to another bird food supplier, so decided to try you this week (at much better prices). Ordered on-line around lunch time on Tuesday, and received the goods at 10.00 a.m. the next day. You can't do much better than that. Also delivery charge was NIL, and the goods in the box were exactly as ordered, and intact. Will use you again next time. Well done!

Good afternoon, I have just received my latest order of wild bird seed and peanuts.  I felt I had to contact you to say how impressed I am with your quick service and quality of food.  I have used other suppliers in the past but no-one can compete with your speed of delivery, quality and prices.  I have just googled your name in order to get your contact e-mail address and came across a forum where someone was asking about your company and should they use you.  Every comment was very positive, so thought I would mention that also.  Too often nowadays we are quick to critisize when something goes wrong but slow to give praise when earned.Thank you once again for a brilliant service.Rhona

Never having visited your site we did not know what to expect. What a wonderfully clear easy to navigate site you have. We found what we were looking for and were very impressed with the prices, but unsure of the quality of the products. We took a chance and ordered what we required. WOW what a fantastic service you provide. We placed our order on Sunday evening 17th July, received confirmation within 15 minutes that you had received it. Monday 18th email received saying that goods had been dispatched, Tuesday 19th 11 am Fed Ex delivered our order. Product quality excellent, service excellent, website great, would we use you again? 100% YES. I placed my order on sunday 19/06/11 and received it on tuesday 21/06/11. when I received my order I checked it and found one bag wrong. I sent an email to to customer service the error was corrected with in two days. Now that is what I call a Great service. I would highly recommend food for wildbirds to any one. Howard wrote -It's more than 3 years now since I placed my first order with Food 4 Wildbirds and I keep returning because of the excellent service and the wide range of food and accessories at very competitive prices. It's good to see that you can continue to offer free carriage on orders over £20. Some companies require a minimum order of £50 for free delivery which is a big disincentive to buy from them and to place my order with you instead! All orders I have placed during office hours with Food 4 Wildbirds have been processed and despatched within 2 hours and the items have always been delivered the next day. Thank you for continuing to provide such a good service to your customers.

As usual you despatched my order promptly but I was concerned because the lane to our house was extremely treacherous with snow and ice. The driver phoned to say he couldn't drive down our lane, when I suggested an altenative address in the middle of the city of Bath he didn't hesitate and delivered to a location where I could easily collect the order myself. Michael from Cumbria wrote order arrived at 10.30 today. Courier asked where they should leave boxes and delivered all 90kg to the garden store away fron the roadside. Seeds packed in polythene bags which is excellent for storage and in quantities which means that large amounts do not need to be kept open at any one time. Margaret from Somerset - Good afternoon, Once again my order to you has arrived very timeously and by an efficient, courteous and friendly courier (FedEx). My previous order was delivered when I was out at work and my request to have the delivery left at the rear of the property was carried out. It was raining that day and the courier not only put a small wooden garden table over the delivery but also placed a plastic chair over this to keep it dry. My previous experience with some couriers has not been so good. I have tried all the most popular suppliers of wild bird seed over the years, but I have never been totally satisfied. The product was 'Too expensive', had 'High delivery charges', or in the case of the last one I tried there were more husks than seed, (even though it was supposed to be Husk free). The quality of the sunflower hearts is excellent and I was informed by e mail when the order was despatched(which does not always happen with other companies). I was pleased at the free delivery if the order is over £20. One happy satisfied customer (and happy birds) who will definitely be back for more once my hungry lot have polished their sunflower hearts off!! Thanks once again for your excellent service.

We ordered 50 kg of sunflower hearts from yourselves on Thursday last, and when I spoke to someone on the phone at the time I was told to expect - hopefully/possibly/realistically ( considering the time of year especially ) - the delivery on Wednesday this week which was absolutely fine. So blow me down but it all arrived yesterday, 2 days earlier than anticipated, all fantastically packed and in very manageable bags, plus of course with the feeder which I shall add to my motley lot out in the garden today, much appreciated by the literally hundreds of birds I get every day! I really cannot but elaborate and praise the entire transaction from your end - I shall be a faithful customer from here on and recommend you to all and sundry!

The weather in my neck of the woods has been very cold in the last wee while ( I live rural and rather exposed ) and I was worried that I might run out of hearts as I have had some rather disappointing experiences recently with other deliveries but you have come up trumps - so once again a very BIG thank you to all involved on behalf of myself and the birds! A very happy Christmas to everyone and a grand New Year.

The goods were ordered after the working day (10:36 p.m. on 11th December), were despatched before 10 o’clock the next morning and arrived the following day, 13th December, which is excellent service. The seed is realistically priced and there is the huge incentive of free delivery on orders over £20.
